Process:
The Standard lamination is done with one or two PVC sheets and a spacer (heat activated core)
- Single Stack Heat/water cooled process
- Speed:1890/2520 cards per hour 760 µ (format 54 X 85,5 mm) or 90/120 sheets 760 µ format 330 X 482 mm
- Format :13” X 19” – 330 X 482 mm maximum
- Consumable films:
Clear PVC or P.E.T Overlay, Polishgard Spacer for Split Core, Inox laminationplate pads - Loading:3 drawers and 33 stainless steel plates for 30 sandwiches of 760 µ up to 860µ (32 mils)
